"Of all the people I have met, Mark is the most knowlegable in regards to how the body works. His knowledge spans past the maximization of physical performance and envelopes how that performance is intertwined with the mind and spirit. The knowledge and guidance he passed on to me was largely responsible for me ending up at Stanford. He has always been in my court and I cannot thank him enough for that."
-NCAA D1 Football
